ROXY5000 then decided to let another label come on board to release the 4th single, Blacktree Music from Atlanta GA fronted by the multi platinum producer Ric Atari.

After Watching ROXY5000 for a couple of years Ric Atari decided it was time to jump on the project and give the USA a taste of ROXY5000. The single was also featured on Blacktree music’s “Soul Seeds Volume one” and Oh by the way. "I'm no better" knocked Jay-z off the number 1 spot for five weeks on Danceteria in the Netherlands!!!!! Plus gave ROXY5000 the Hattrick! accolade for being crowned "Single of the week" and the "One To watch" for the third time on "Jazz Fm" London!
